    Orders are processed up to 3 business days and ship internationally with Eco Post or EMS.

    If we found out that your country doesn’t get deliveries at the moment because of COVID19 we will contact you.

    Shipment processing time:

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

    Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays 

    If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    Vesturescross.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


    Vesturescross.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help! Please save all packaging materials and damage.


    Refund and Exchange Policy:


    No returns or exchanges from orders worldwide. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.


     We gladly accept returns and exchanges BUT ONLY if you connect with us immediately when you get your package. 

    We accept when the size is not matching.    


    We do not pay for your delivery back to us. We do pay when we send you a new exchange item.   


    The money will be refunded when the item is got back to us. The refund will not include the shipping price.

    Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging. Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA requests must be submitted by email: [email protected], please fill out the form below. Please fill out all the information + reason for return and a return action requested (return for refund, return for store credit, exchange, replace, etc.). A customer service representative will e-mail you back with further information within 24-72 hours.
